Growth and Development are two basic objectives, which couldn't possibly be achieved through haphazard planning without evaluating resources, especially the Human Resource; ultimately charged with the responsibility of skilful planning which also involves elimination of wastages at every step of planning and execution.

As an independent observer, I am in cent percent agreement with Major Khalid Nasr that such forums are not only need of the hour; but is a special credit for those serving the nation sincerely and diligently. My commendation to him for the national service he is rendering.
